Where can i find replacement parts for my Falcon VII that i got from haktoys?

I got a heli for xmas and its was the Falcon VII from haktoys and i need replacement parts. The seller told me that i could find the parts online, but i cant find it anywhere. and my local hobby town already said if you buy it from the mall then they most likely dont have parts for it. does anyone know where i can get replacement parts???? 10 points available!!!
