Whats better, Helicopter or Plane?

consider this airplane 60-120 dollars per flight hour, Helicopter 250-500 dollars per flight hour. required 40 hours flight training plus instructor time for either. 20 hours dual and 20 hours solo, then checkride at about 375 dollars. It all comes down to what type flying and how much are you wanting to pay.
