How to record live events on Marestare.com?

Alright, so Marestare is a website where you can watch horses give birth live. On Youtube I noticed that people have video's of the mares foaling. I wanted to know how is that possible? Do you need a webcam, or do you need a program? A horse I am watching is close to giving birth and I want to do it for the owners. Please help. Thanks!
