Hi I have an AIR HOGS sharpshooter heli, and its having a problem: even if i have charged it to the limit,?

even if i have charged it to the limit, it just keeps losing altitude till its about 2 in off the ground then flies at the level uncontrollably until it crashes. I would like to know why this is happening and how to fix it. thanks
