Should I take two Art classes?

I am an upcoming Junior and I never took Art. I recently decided to go into Interior Design and I should have taken Art I last year then I could be in Art II now then Art III Senior year. Then there is a Dimensional Art class. Should I take both Art I and Dimensional ? What will I basically learn in them?
