What would your dream foal be?

Since we've decided to breed my mare next spring, I can't stop thinking about the pitter patter of little hooves! We're not solid on the specific stallion, but we are leaning towards two Holstiener stallions as we would like to move away from the thoroughbred sport horse, to a TB cross sport horse type. I've trained several of them and they are absolutely wonderful animals; so much talent. So I got to thinking- what would be your dream foal (if you could have one) and what would you do with it when it matured? Anything goes!
