What watch should I get?

I am willing to buy a mechanical watch from eBay paying max 60$ shipped to Moldova or Romania. is there something you can recommend me? I'd like a white or silver screen, a single "wheel", III VI IX XIII, kinda big screen, a nice belt (meral or leather) but no goldish parts, in the worst case silver.
