What do you look for in a foal for..?

okay I'm looking for a weanling to later train for show jumping. What confirmation traits should I look for when picking? And what names should I look for on their bloodlines? I'm going to get either a thoroughbred or warmblood. I'm trying to find a foal that willl hopefully turn into an amazing, high levelled jumper. Price doesn't matter, and please no bs about anything about foals care, responsibility etc.
