I have a bunch of classes this upcoming year with a boy who really scares me?

Someone asked this boy for his junior year schedule and he said it on facebook. I have biology II, american literature, spanish III, microsoft office applications, economics, and sociology. I'm scared of this guy, everyone says he's really nice..but he always stares at me, and he seems to like to gossip. What should I do?
