Fear of flying, (well, kinda), need help. Military USCG?

Ok, so, I'm 18 years old and in less than a month away of going into the basic training on the military (Uscg), my interest is to be on a cutter or on the boats as a boatwains mate, HOWEVER, I always been afraid of heights and flying, i've overcome most of my fears, I can now fly on commercial planes with ease and get on roller coasters which was a problem. But how likely is that I have to go frequently on helicopters? I never been on a heli and Im afraid of what to expect, kinda scared. Should I go to the psycologist?
